Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3-50 years old; 2. The history of central spastic paralysis of upper limbs caused by brain trauma and stroke was >= 1 year, and the history of cerebral palsy was >= 3 years; 3. Modified Ashworth Scale hand flexor muscle tone >= 2; 4. MRC grade finger flexor muscle strength >= 3 and finger extensor muscle strength < 2; 5. All joints of the upper limbs had no contracture and fixed stiffness deformity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Athetosis; 2. Hypertonia due to extrapyramidal system and other lesions; 3. Mental retardation; 4. History of neurotomy; 5. Pulmonary insufficiency; 6. History of rib fracture; 7. Combined with lung diseases (tumor, emphysema, cor pulmonale); 8. Combined with accessory nerve injury; 9. Combined with significant vascular sclerosis.
