Group E1: 0.1 mg/kg esketamine:0.1 mg/kg esketamine + Dextrmetomidine
Group E2:0.2 mg/kg esketamine:0.2 mg/kg esketamine + Dextrmetomidine

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the indications of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic surgery and consent to the surgery; 2. ASA I-II level, aged 18-60 years; 3. Informed of this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refuse to participate in this researcher; 2. Patients with major organ dysfunction; 3. Patients with severe hypertension and diabetes mellitus; 4. Allergic to dexmedetomidine and esketamine; 5. Patients with severe bradycardia and conduction block; 6. Patients with chronic pain, mental illness, alcohol or drug abuse history; 7. Long-term use of sedative or analgesic drugs; 8. Intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure increased; 9. BMI > 30 or < 18 kg/m2; 10. Patients with language and communication barriers; 11. Pregnant or lactating patients.
