18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Premature rupture of membranes is clearly diagnosed; 2. Gestational week >= 37 weeks; 3. Singleton, cephalic position; 4. Aged >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-vaginal delivery indication or no desire for vaginal delivery; 2. Antibacterial drugs were used at the time of admission; 3. Infection was present or suspected at the time of admission; 4. Streptococcus B colonization.
