Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Consistent with the diagnosis of hyperlipidemia; ?45 = age < 75 years old; The ratio of male to female was about 1:1. ? good compliance, able to comply with the requirements of clinical trials; ? Subjects or their guardians have signed the informed consent; ? Patients completed a written informed consent form, basic situation questionnaire, and SF-36 Quality of Life questionnaire, and committed to cooperate with the study throughout the trial period; ? The blood, urine, stool, liver and kidney function tests were all in the normal range before treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Secondary dyslipidemia or dyslipidemia caused by drugs; ? patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney function, endocrine system and other diseases; (3) patients with severe diarrhea or other diseases causing severe digestive dysfunction, digestive dysfunction, hepatic and renal insufficiency, and serious diseases of the gallbladder and pancreas; ? mental abnormality; ? regular intake of health care products, such as fish oil capsules 1-2 capsules/day; ? allergic to food (especially Perilla oil) or under other dietary treatment; ? patients receiving other medications that may have influenced the results of the trial.
