18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients scheduled for total laparoscopic hysterectomy; patients aged 18 -65 years; Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1–2; and planned use of general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: refusal, allergy or sensitivity to lidocaine, BMI>30 kg /m2, preoperative history of shoulder surgery, chronic pain, history of preoperative opioids medication and psychiatric, severe respiratory disease, and impaired kidney or liver function.
