Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy adults (aged 18~40); 2) Body mass index BMI within the normal range of 18.5 kg/m2~24.0 kg/m2 3) have not taken drugs known to affect glucose tolerance for nearly 3 months - stable doses of oral contraceptives, acetylsalicylic acid, thyroxine, etc. 4) Able to tolerate a fasting state of at least 10 h. 5) No gastrointestinal dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have a history of diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance, and are using hypoglycemic drugs or insulin to treat diabetes or other diseases (including coronary heart disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperthyroidism, etc.); 2) Smokers, alcoholics, pregnant women and nursing mothers; 3) Patients hospitalized within the previous three months due to major medical events, such as surgery, trauma; 4) There are diseases or drug use that affect the digestion and absorption of nutrients; 5) use of steroids, protease inhibitors or antipsychotics; 6) Those who are allergic to glue; 7) Those who are allergic to eggs, milk and wheat bran.
