Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age= 28 days. (2) Meet for the diagnostic criteria of neonatal atelectasis:The diagnosis is mainly based on clinical manifestations and chest X-ray examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with massive pulmonary hemorrhage in recent and untreated active pulmonary tuberculosis. 2) Airway stenosis caused by primary disease(congenital airway malformation) or secondary disease (such as tumor compression, congenital heart disease and heart enlargement and so on)
