Routine temperature management group (group A):Except for blood transfusions, the rest of the intravenous fluids are not heated
Aggressive Temperature Management Group (Group B):After entering the room, turn on the heating mattress warming device to 37°C

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients undergoing thyroid surgery 2)American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) graded, grades I-III 3)Age 18-65 years 4)Body mass index (BMI) < 30kg/m2 5)More than half of the skin's surface can be used for warmth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)History of thyroid surgery 2)Preoperative fever (temperature> 37.3°C) 3)Have an infectious disease that causes an increase in body temperature
