Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Women aged 25-40 years old, (2) the effect is not obvious after drug treatment, (3) the pain in the innervated area of the pudenda is obvious, (4) the pain is obviously increased when sitting, and alleviated when standing or lying, (5) no pain is felt when sleeping, (6) the symptoms of the patient are significantly reduced after diagnostic pudenda nerve block, and (7) there is no objective sensory disorder.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnancy status, (2) postmenopausal women, (3) mental disorders such as dementia and epilepsy, (4) metal foreign bodies in the body, (5) patients with severe heart, brain, lung and kidney diseases, (6) pain is only paroxysmal, (7) imaging examination can identify the lesions, (8) pruritus, (9) coccygeal, gluteal, pubic and lower abdominal pain does not correspond to the pudendal nerve, (10) vaginitis and urinary tract infection patients.
