Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? GDM was diagnosed by 75g glucose tolerance test at 24-28 weeks of gestation: fasting blood glucose > 5.1 mmol/l; 1 hour postprandial blood glucose > 10.0 mmol/l; 2 hour postprandial blood glucose > 8.5 mmol/l; gestational diabetes mellitus was diagnosed with one or more abnormalities. ? Age =18 years. ? Agreed to participate in the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe organic diseases. ? Severe neuropsychiatric symptoms or personality disorders
