Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were selected for lumbar intervertebral disc removal and internal fixation in prone position were both male and female Operation time over 2 hours Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with COPD, asthma, chronic bronchitis, lung cancer and other lung diseases ,had lung infections within the last three months History of pulmonary surgery Severe anemia(<90g/L) Hypoxemia(SpO2<95%) Suffering from mental disorders (e.g. depression, anxiety and PTSD), autoimmune diseases(such as type 1 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and psoriasis) or hereditary diseases (such as thalassemia, hereditary deafness and phenylketonuria) History of drug use Refusing to participate in experimental research
