Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Agree and sign informed consent; (2) patients aged 5-80 years; (3) Previous health, no history of seizures, new seizures within one year, and the frequency of seizures =1; (4) APE2=4; (5) Complete clinical, EEG, MRI and other characteristic data; (6) Blood and cerebrospinal fluid tested positive for neuronal autoimmune antibodies by TBA+CBA method.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Epilepsy caused by fetal and perinatal brain injury; (2) genetic, brain tumor, brain trauma, cortical dysplasia, cerebrovascular disease, neurodegenerative disease, metabolic or / And toxic encephalopathy, systemic or primary central nervous system (CNS) vasculitis caused by/associated epilepsy or seizures (e.g If there is relevant evidence, start the corresponding diagnosis and treatment). (3) Herpesviridae, enterovirus, respiratory virus, JC virus, measles virus, Japanese encephalitis virus B, HIV disease Encephalitis/brain caused by mycobacterium, syphilis, fungi, mycoplasma, toxoplasma, cryptococcus and other microorganisms Disease; (4) Seizures associated with metabolic causes such as abnormal blood glucose, sodium, liver and kidney function; (5) patients with incomplete data and lost follow-up; (6) Those who have not signed the informed consent.
