Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and their families in the outpatient department and obstetrics ward of Shandong University Qilu Hospital 2. They can fill in the questionnaire 3.All the parturients were single pregnancy;4. Normal language and cognitive functions

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women or family members refused to attend
