Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of observation group: (1) Osteoporosis diagnosis criteria were met, and TCM syndrome differentiation was all kidney Yang deficiency syndrome;(2) women who have had normal menopause for more than 1 year and are older than 45 years;(3) Obtain the right to know and voluntarily cooperate with the observer. 2. Control group included criteria (1) bone mineral density measurement T value > -2.5SD;(2) women between 45 and 70 years old;(3) Obtain the right to know and voluntarily cooperate with the observer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria (1) Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine;(2) Menopause less than 1 year, age over 70 years old;(3) Women undergoing unnatural menopause such as ovarian resection or those younger than 45 years old;(4) patients with severe primary diseases such as liver and kidney system, endocrine system and cerebrovascular system, mental disorders and senile dementia;(5) Rheumatoid arthritis, hyperparathyropathy, osteomalacia, multiple myeloma and other secondary osteoporosis and other comorbidities;(6) advanced disease, obvious deformity resulting in disability and loss of labor force;(7) Patients who had used anti-osteoporosis drugs within six months prior to the start of treatment;(8) Clinical treatment is not guaranteed. 2. Exclusion criteria (1) Drugs that affect bone metabolism, such as estrogen and diclinate, have been taken in the last three months;(2) One of the following conditions: malignant tumor, limb trauma fracture, burn, dementia, cerebrovascular accident, severe infection, etc.;(3) those with congenital diseases, such as sclerosing bone disease;(4) Patients with mental illness and those who could not cooperate with the study.
