Etomidate group:induced with intravenous etomidate (0.3 mg/kg)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-II; 2. Aged >= 65 years, no gender limit, elective surgery patients; 3. BMI 18-30kg/m^2; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to or contraindicated to drugs used in this study, such as benzodiazepines, etomidate,opioids, ciprofol and their components; 2. Participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before operation; 3. Severe cardiovascular system, respiratory system, nervous system, liver and kidney diseases before operation; Patients with blood and metabolic diseases; 4. Patients with uncontrolled or poorly controlled hypertension; 5. Adrenocortical insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency; 6. Abuse of alcohol,benzodiazepines drugs or opioids; 7. Patients with expected difficult airway.
