Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function scale meets Class ?-?; (2) Independent activities of daily living (ADL) before admission; (3) Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure; (4) Self-guided walking distance of more than 4 meters after admission (walkers can be used); (5) older than 18 years and younger than 75 years; (6) Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Terminal heart failure (requiring a heart transplant or left ventricular assist device within 6 months); (2) Patients with primary valvular disease (such as severe aortic stenosis or mitral insufficiency); (3) Advanced renal insufficiency (estimated glomerular filtration rate <20 mL/min/1.73 m2); (4) The patient has obvious cognitive impairment; (5) Poor patient compliance or inability to communicate normally.
