Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.age60-80,no gender limation,BMI 18-25kg/m2 2.Patients undergoing elective hip surgery,ASAI-III. 3.No serious heart, lung, brain and other important organ lesions, liver and renal function showed no obvious abnormalities. 4.No history of neuropsychiatric disorders 5.FRAIL3-5 6.They had a clear understanding of the study before surgery and volunteered to participate, and signed the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe abnormal heart, lung, liver and renal function, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or arrhythmia. 2.Patients with a history of long-term use of psychotropic drugs and substance abuse had alcohol abuse within 2 years before the screening stage. 3.MMSE=23 4.Using benzodiazepines, opioids for nearly three months. 5.Allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol and their constituents.
