Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Emergency trauma: car accident, falling, engineering accident, etc., ASA ? - ?, age 18-60

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Craniocerebral or spinal cord injury,severe atrioventricular block, puncture site infection, coagulation disorders, recent acute myocardial infarction, history of alcohol abuse or drug dependence, history of neurological or psychiatric diseases, severe visual, hearing or language impairment, history of major physical or mental trauma
