Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pneumoconiosis Group: (1)Patients were diagnosed as pneumoconiosis according to GBZ70-2015/GBZ70-2008 Diagnostic Criteria for Occupational Pneumoconiosis (2) Agree to participate in the research and sign the informed consent; (3) Age =18 years old. Matched Group: (1)Patients who have no history of continuous exposure to dust throughout the year, and who are suspected to have non-pneumoconiosis by imaging examinations, but need to be confirmed by bronchoscopy; (2) Agree to participate in the research and sign the informed consent; (3) Age =18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pneumoconiosis Group: (1) Clinically diagnosed patients with lung cancer, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, pneumonia, tuberculosis and other lung diseases; (2) Clinically diagnosed inflammatory bowel disease, type 1 diabetes and other metabolic immune diseases; (3) Persons suffering from infectious diseases such as AIDS; (4) Used non-resident anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 3 months; (5) Currently taking glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants for more than 2 weeks; (6) The clinician judged that tracheoscopy was not suitable. Matched Group: Exclusion criteria were the same as those of pneumoconiosis group.
