Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged =18 (2) Patients who need PICC catheterization for the first time according to the doctor's instructions (3) Patients who do not have serious cardiovascular diseases before catheterization, such as patients with abnormal P waves such as atrial fibrillation and pulmonary heart disease, serious cardiac block, etc. (4) Patients who have not participated in other clinical studies; (5) Patients who voluntarily participate in the clinical study and sign informed consent to cooperate with clinical follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Known allergies to catheter materials; (2) a history of infection, injury and radiotherapy at the puncture site; (3) a history of venous thrombosis or surgical surgery at the puncture site; (4) Severe coagulation dysfunction; (5) Upper vena cava compression syndrome; (6) lateral limbs for radical breast cancer or subaxillary lymph node clearance; (7) colateral limbs of pacemakers and arteriovenous fistula; (8) I or my family refuse to sign informed consent.
