Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study group: age 25-30 years, gestational age 39-41 weeks, vaginal or cesarean delivery, control group: no pregnancy complications, age 25-30 years, gestational age 39-41 weeks, spontaneous or cesarean delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: These include multiple pregnancies, preconceptional diabetes, hypertensive disorders during pregnancy, infectious diseases detected during pregnancy, intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy, recurrent bleeding during pregnancy, placenta previa, placental abruption, emergency labor, oligo/too much hydramnios, and complicated medical complications.
