Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Be between the ages of 18-60 years. (2) Meeting the international diagnostic criteria for AR (ARIA). (i) Positive skin prick test result to pollen. (ii) clinical history symptoms: sneezing, clear watery snot, nasal itching and nasal congestion present for 2 or more symptoms, with symptoms lasting or accumulating for more than 1 h per day. (? Allergen testing: positive for at least one allergen SPT and/or serum-specific IgE. (3) Symptom onset = 4d/week and = 4 consecutive weeks. (4) Currently in remission with no significant clinical symptoms and a nasal symptom score (TNSS) of 0 to 4; to ensure adequate time for conditioning intervention, those who are more than 3 months away from an expected reoccurrence and not receiving hormonal and other anti-allergic medications were selected. (5) Meet the criteria for determining allergic (special endowment) constitution in the "Classification and Determination of Physical Qualities in Chinese Medicine" standard of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ZZYXH/T157-2009): special endowment consists of 7 entries, each of which is scored on a 5-point scale: 1 = not at all, 2 = rarely (a little), 3 = sometimes (some), 4 = often (quite), 5 = always (very). . The raw score was calculated first = the sum of the scores of each entry, then the transformed score = [(raw score - number of entries)/(number of entries × 4)] × 100, and finally the physical fitness was determined according to the scoring criteria. (6) Normal cognitive function, good compliance, willingness to cooperate with the study, voluntary participation in this trial and signing of the informed consent form. Note: All the above conditions were met before inclusion was performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with combined asthma, cough allergic asthma. (2) Patients with combined allergic urticaria, eczema, purpura and other allergic diseases. (3) Patients with combined chronic sinusitis and other non-allergic chronic rhinitis (vasomotor rhinitis, infectious rhinitis, gustatory rhinitis, drug rhinitis, etc.) (4) Previous patients with organic lesions in the nasal cavity and those who have undergone nasal surgery. (5) Those who have had other respiratory tract infections within the past 2 weeks (6) Specific immunotherapy or systemic hormone therapy within the last year (7) Previous patients with malignant tumors, congenital or acquired immunodeficiency diseases, or endocrine disorders. (8) Previous patients with serious heart, liver, kidney, brain and other important organ diseases (9) Previous patients with severe psychiatric disorders and significant cognitive impairment. (10) Patients who have received Chinese medicine treatments such as acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in the last three months (11) Pregnant women, lactating women, and women who are preparing for pregnancy. (12) Those who, in the opinion of the investigator, have poor adherence. (13) Patients who were judged to have other types of constitution in addition to allergy (special endowment) according to the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ZZYXH/T157-2009): each constitution consisted of different entries, each of which was scored on a 5-point scale of 1 = not at all, 2 = rarely (a little), 3 = sometimes (some), 4 = often (quite), and 5 = always (quite). fairly), and 5 = always (very). The raw score was calculated first = the sum of the scores of each entry, and then the conversion score = [(raw score - number of entries)/(number of entries × 4)] × 100, and the bias was determined: the conversion score = 40 was determined as "yes"; 30-39 was determined as "tend to be Yes"; <30 points, judged as "No". (14) Patients who are participating in other clinical studies. Note: Patients who met any of the above criteria were excluded.
