Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Aged 50-80 years old;(2)There are no metal objects in the body,and participants can cooperate with the completion of nuclear magnetic inspection(3)Participants who meet the criteria of STRIVE(Standards for reporting vascular changes on neuroimaging);(4)Inform the patients and their families of this study. The patients and their families are willing to cooperate with relevant examinations and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Head injury, encephalitis, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal dementia, schizophrenia and other neurological or psychiatric diseases; (2) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction or other systemic diseases; (3)Alcohol or drug dependence; Used oral vitamin supplements;(4)Obvious stenosis of intracranial or extracranial arterial stenosis(TCD or MRA proved that the degree of stenosis was = 50%);(5)Those who cannot perform the clinical evaluation (such as those who cannot cooperate due to blindness, hearing impairment, aphasia, severe dementia and other reasons).
