3 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3 ~ 60 years; 2. History of central lower extremity spastic paralysis caused by brain trauma and stroke >=1 year, cerebral palsy >=3 years; 3. Improved Ashworth grade triceps muscle tone >=2; 4. No contracture or fixed stiffness deformity in the joints of the lower limbs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Athetosis; 2. High muscle tone caused by extrapyramidal lesions; 3. Low intelligence; 4. Previously performed neurotomy.
