Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3 ~ 60 years; 2. History of central upper limb spasm paralysis caused by brain trauma and stroke >=1 year, cerebral palsy >=3 years; 3. Improved Ashworth grade flexor finger muscle tension >= level 2; 4. No contracture or fixed stiffness deformity in the joints of the upper limbs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Athetosis; 2. Hypertonia due to extrapyramidal system and other lesions; 3. Mental retardation; 4. History of neurotomy.
