Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. The patient was clinically diagnosed as a type I TSL on maxillofacial or extremities, with a wound length of 3-5cm and no skin defect at the margin of injury. b. There is no limitation of gender or age. c. The patient has complete outpatient medical records, and the processing records are detailed. d. Receive emergency closed treatment at the partner unit. e. The patient or the child's family members sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients with other chronic diseases such as severe diabetes, which affect wound healing or postoperative observation. b. Patients or family members choose their own closure methods. c. Unable or unwilling to cooperate with the research for other reasons.
