Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been followed up from January 2017 to August 2022 in Diabetes Shared Care management of Peking University First Hospital; 2. Type 2 diabetes patients; 3. During the follow-up period, there were glycosylated hemoglobin and self monitoring of blood glucose information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. As of August 2022, patients who have withdrawn from the Diabetes Shared Care managementof Peking University First Hospital due to various reasons; 2. Non type 2 diabetes patients such as pre diabetes, type 1 diabetes, special type diabetes, etc.
