Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Need of the long-acting levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system (Mirena) to treat the disease; 2) One of the following situations: a) Excessive menstruation, hope to fix the intrauterine device (Mirena) , to avoid Mirena expulsion; b) Large uterus (such as uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, etc.), hope to fix the intrauterine device (Mirena) , to avoid Mirena expulsion; c) Abnormalities of the uterine cavity (such as uterine septum, bicornuate uterus, etc.) ,hope to fix the intrauterine device (Mirena) , to avoid Mirena expulsion; d) History of Mirena expulsion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy status or pregnancy status cannot be confirmed; 2) Acute infection of female genital tract; 3) Recent history of injury and perforation of the uterine cavity; 4) Malignant lesions of the cervix and uterine cavity; 5) Progesterone-dependent tumors; 6) Acute liver disease or liver tumor; 7) Allergy to the components of the system; 8) Those who cannot accept postoperative follow-up.
