Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.parturient women undergoing cesarean section of the scarred uterus under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia; 2. Subjects aged 18-40 and weighing 45-90kg; 3. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without a history of cesarean section; Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency before operation; Intraspinal anesthesia contraindicated; Patients with preoperative bowel function problems; Patients with a history of severe bradycardia and heart block; Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; Patients with mental disorders; Patients with severe hypertension; Patients allergic to dexmedetomidine and related ingredients; Other researchers think it is not suitable for the situation of this study.
