Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?=18 years old; ?ICU treatment duration =48h; ? Informed consent of the subjects and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients who are unable to communicate, such as those with cerebrovascular sequelae or cognitive impairment. ?Patients with liver dysfunction with a grade C rating. ?Patients with severe asthma, severe acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), hypertensive crisis, myocardial ischemia, etc. patients with contraindications to daily arousal. ?Patients with a history of ICU experience. ? Patients with serious psychological disorders such as anxiety, depression and suicidal tendencies prior to admission. ?Patients with end-stage cancer or expected survival time less than 6 months.
