50 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over 50 years old Combining medical history, clinical symptoms, and imaging examinations (CT or MRI), the diagnosis of CSDH is clear. Hard channel drilling and drainage as a surgical intervention. The patient received examination and treatment, and the compliance was good. Sign the informed consent form. Follow-up for more than 3 months after discharge.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Take any anticoagulant medication before or during treatment. Subdural hematoma caused by intracranial vascular disease (aneurysm, cerebral vascular malformation, etc.). Recurrent chronic subdural hematoma. Those with serious diseases of other important organs. Patients undergoing craniotomy.
