Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.For patients who plan to perform percutaneous microwave ablation of lung tumors under CT guidance under selective general anesthesia, the lung tumor to be ablated is a single lung tumor (0.5cm = the maximum diameter of the tumor = 3cm, and the minimum distance from the tumor edge to the pleura>0.5cm); Or the lung tumor to be ablated is multiple lung tumors, one of which meets the conditions of 0.5cm = maximum tumor diameter = 3cm, and the minimum distance from the tumor edge to the pleura > 0.5cm. When multiple lung tumors meet the conditions, the one with the largest tumor diameter is selected; 2.Aged 18-85; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; 4.Good compliance, voluntary participation in the test, and signed a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and severe pulmonary bullae; 2.BMI>35kg/m2 ; 3.People with respiratory infectious diseases, such as tuberculosis and influenza; 4.People with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5.Those with severe airway stenosis; 6.Operation in prone position; 7.People with other contraindications to anesthesia.
