Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) To voluntarily participate in this study, subjects sign written informed consent and comply with the study requirements; 2) Male or female =18 years old and =65 years old; 3) Patients with confirmed moderate to severe plaque psoriasis; 4) The observation group and the control group were respectively included according to musculoskeletal ultrasound or MRI whether there were early joint changes; 5) Use biological agents for treatment and stable adherence to users according to dose and frequency.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with PsA by early arthritis questionnaire (EARP) and CASPAR classification criteria; 2) Arthritis that may be caused by other diseases; 3) Used glucocorticoids or biologic antirheumatic drugs (bDMARDs); 4) Pregnant and lactating women; 5) Patients with other active inflammatory diseases besides psoriasis and receiving immunomodulator therapy; 6) Suffering from active, recurrent, chronic infections (tuberculosis, hepatitis, etc.) or malignant diseases; 7) Administer live vaccines (inactivated vaccines do not need to be excluded).
