18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 years old = 60 years old (2) have a history of thoracolumbar spinal cord injury, obvious nerve defect symptoms, supported by imaging findings, and a clear diagnosis; (3) There are symptoms of neuralgia, DN4 (Douleur Neuropathique 4 questions) = 4 points before treatment, requiring medical intervention; (4) Normal cognitive function, informed cooperation with this study, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with acute spinal cord injury and spinal cord shock; (2) Patients with pain caused by non-thoracolumbar spinal cord injury; (3) Soft tissue injury, infection and nonunion of fracture in neuralgia area; (4) Patients after cardiac pacemaker implantation; (5) Patients with renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance11.1 mmol/L; (7) Those suffering from mental illness or mental disorder who cannot cooperate with treatment; (8) The researcher believes that other reasons are not suitable for participants in this study.
