Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Voluntary participants in the research; ? Age 6-18 years old, male or female; ? Silicone oil cannot be removed after vitrectomy; ? Patients with good general condition and no contraindication of operation; ? Be able to understand the purpose of the study, voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; ? There is severe inflammation in the eyes and orbit; ? Cyclops; ? Known to be allergic to silica gel, patients with scar constitution.
