Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age range is 18 to 85 years old; Patients with moderately severe or severe acute pancreatitis meeting AP diagnostic criteria; The diagnosis of fecal elastin was mild to moderate pancreatic exocrine insufficiency Agree and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: recurrent acute pancreatitis; Other possible causes of PEI include chronic pancreatitis, celiac disease, diabetic gastroparesis, cystic fibrosis, pancreatic tumors, etc; Hyperthyroidism,; previous gastrointestinal or pancreatic surgery; gastrointestinal debut obstruction, or mechanical ileus; internal bdominal pressure above 15mmHg; Pregnant or lactating woman; Allergic to pancreatic enzymes; Refuse to sign informed consent
