Inclusion criteria: ? Premature infants; ? The bleeding and clotting time is normal; ? No severe constriction or collapse of blood vessels; ? Parents are informed and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with other infectious diseases; ? Receiving total parenteral nutrition; ? Skin infection, allergy, injury and phlebitis.
