Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All subjects were pathologically diagnosed with head and neck malignancies and received radiotherapy; 2. No mental and psychological diseases; 3. Able to communicate normally, have the ability to read words and no comprehension obstacles; 4. Age ranges from 18 to 75 years old; 5. Patients were informed and volunteered to participate in this study, and were able to actively cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular diseases that affect the progress of radiotherapy; 2. Patients with duct or total parenteral nutrition; 3. Serious liver, kidney or digestive diseases; 4. Radiotherapy was stopped for other reasons, and the interruption time was > 5 days; 5. Active withdrawal of researchers due to intolerance to intervention programs; 6. Participants in other clinical trials.
