18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I or II; 2. Age 18 to 60 years old, BMI of 18 to 25kg/^2; 3. Willing to accept the trial and study treatment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases. 2. Have a history of alcoholism, sleeping pills; 3. Preoperative systolic blood pressure >180mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure > 110mmHg in hypertensive patients; 4. People with neuromuscular system diseases and mental diseases; 5. Suspected abuse of narcotic analgesics or sedatives; 6. People with known allergies to benzodiazepines and opioids.
