Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. VUR was diagnosed by VCUG imaging examination, and classified into five categories according to the International Reflux Commission; 99mTc-DMSA renal static imaging examination has been improved to determine the existence and severity of renal scar; 2. Parents or legal guardians of children have written informed consent, good compliance, regular review, and follow-up. 3. Age <=14 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary Vul caused by other reasons, such as neurogenic bladder, posterior urethral valve, duplication kidney, etc.; 2. Suffering from other diseases, such as acute and chronic kidney diseases, urinary calculi, narrow ureteropelvic junction, etc.; 3. Those who did not receive the planned imaging examination or did not collect samples at the first evaluation.
