4 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With typical AH clinical symptoms plus auxiliary examinations for the diagnosis of adenoid hypertrophy 2. Meeting the surgical indications for resection; 3. No serious postoperative complications in the child, good communication and understanding ability of the family, participation of regular family members, adherence to the training, voluntary participation in this study, and signing of the informed consent; 4. Age of the child >= 4 years old and age of the family < 60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with serious postoperative complications and other serious diseases; 2. Children with mental illness and severe cognitive dysfunction and uncooperative family members.
