Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 80 years old, male or female; Meet the criteria of sepsis 3.0: infection +SOFA >=2 points; Stay in ICU within 48 hours of onset; Voluntary signing of informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women; Patients who are allergic to drugs during medication are complicated with acute myocardial infarction; It is clear that there are serious basic heart diseases: coronary heart disease, dilated heart disease and serious valve disease; Terminal state of chronic diseases, acute cerebrovascular diseases and patients with malignant tumors; Those who died or gave up less than 72 hours after joining the group; Participated in other clinical trials in the past three months.
