Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-65 2. Compliance: (1) Diagnosis of stroke: refer to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 and the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage (2019); (2) Diagnosis of gastrointestinal dysfunction: according to the AGI definition and grading standard proposed by the European Intensive Care Medical Association (ESICM) in 2012, it reaches the level II standard; (3) With the approval of the Medical Ethics Committee, the patient and his/her family members agree and voluntarily sign the letter of information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other intracranial organic diseases; 2. End-stage diseases such as malignant tumors; 3. Previous hepatobiliary gastrointestinal diseases or surgery history; 4. At present, there is mechanical obstruction.
