Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18 years old < age <=60 years old, brain death criteria and circulatory instability. According to the Chinese brain death criteria and technical specifications, the criteria for brain death in this study were defined as follows: definite brain lesions, deep coma (Glasgow Coma scale 3), absence of spontaneous breathing, absence of brainstem reflexes, resting EEG and termination of cerebral circulation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: It does not meet the organ donation standards, and finally fails to meet the donation standards after donor maintenance (the donation standards are jointly evaluated and determined by experts organized by the OPO office of the hospital according to the guidelines for organ donation and acquisition in China), there are bloodstream infections, and other reasons are not complete for researchers.
