Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for children with cerebral palsy: 1. Conforming to the criteria for diagnosis and classification of cerebral palsy, and classified into non-random motor type cerebral palsy and mixed type of non-random motor type and spastic type cerebral palsy. 2. Age greater than 18 months. Inclusion criteria for high-risk children with cerebral palsy: they must have the necessary conditions for motor dysfunction and at least one additional condition. Prerequisites: dyskinesia or decreased movement quality 1. Abnormal GMs evaluation results. (Monotonicity, spasm-synchronicity and chaotic GMs in preterm delivery, preterm delivery, torsion stage, lack of restless movement and abnormal restless movement in restless movement stage) 2. Nervous system abnormality (clinical manifestation+HINE score): the age of correction is less than 5 months, 57-73 points. 3. Motor development retardation or abnormality: the standard motor score evaluation score is abnormal or the motor development retardation is observed; 4. Watch out for atypical performance: it can reach the normal range of the standardized motor evaluation, but it also shows abnormal movement. Additional conditions: abnormal neuroimaging and high-risk history of cerebral palsy. 1. Neuroimaging (MRI) abnormalities: such as white matter lesions, cortical or deep gray matter lesions, malformations, etc; 2. High risk history of cerebral palsy: such as premature delivery, low birth weight, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, bilirubin encephalopathy and intrauterine infection Inclusion criteria for high-risk infants: 1. Infants under 6 months old with high risk factors of cerebral palsy, such as premature delivery, low birth weight, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, bilirubin encephalopathy and intrauterine infection. 2. There are abnormal clinical manifestations of nervous system and delayed or abnormal motor development. 3. Neuroimaging abnormalities: such as white matter lesions, cortical or deep gray matter lesions, malformations, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for children with cerebral palsy: 1. excluding cerebral palsy combined with peripheral nerve injury, fracture, spinal cord injury, muscle injury, congenital heart disease, etc. 2. The subjects who lost the follow-up, died and did not cooperate with the follow-up were excluded. Exclusion criteria for high-risk infants or high-risk infants with cerebral palsy: 1. Exclude patients with congenital genetic metabolic diseases that have been clearly diagnosed. 2. Patients with peripheral nerve injury, fracture, bone marrow injury, muscle injury, joint dislocation, congenital heart disease and severe pneumonia were excluded. 3. Patients with incomplete medical history were excluded.
