65 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient's age >=65 years; 2. ASA grade I-III patients undergoing joint replacement under lumbar anesthesia; 3. Able to communicate with researchers and complete the evaluation of relevant scales; 4. Informed consent of patients and their families to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade of patients exceeded grade III; 2. The patient has a prior psychiatric or neurological disease (e.g., intracranial tumor); 3. Have undergone surgery within the past 12 months; 4. Patients take warfarin and other drugs.
