Interventions

Group D:During one-lung ventilation, a portable ventilator was connected to the Bronchus catheter of the operated side after the collapsed lung. FIO2 was set at 100% , oxygen flow rate was 2 l/min, R
Group A:Open the bronchial duct of the lung on the operation side to the air, so that the lung on the operation side will collapse naturally.

50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thoracoscope lobe resection patients, ASA grade II-III, ARISCAT classification in hazard above, 50-80 years old, gender is not limited; 2. The duration of one-lung ventilation is expected to be more than 60 minutes during operation; 3. No history of anemia or Hypoalbuminemia; 4. No history of pulmonary diseases such as bullae and asthma; 5. Preoperative Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)score >=21.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are important viscera dysfunction; 2. Has a history of lung surgery; 3. Patients with communication disorders and neuropsychiatric disorders; 4. Drug abuse, long-term use of sedatives or antidepressants.
