Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: gestational age at birth >=37 weeks; 1-min Apgar score>= 7 points; Birth weight >=2500g; Birth day age <=4d; first fundus screening; Sucking ability and hearing screening were normal; no analgesic or sedative treatment within four h; no hoarseness in the newborn's mother's voice and good mental and emotional status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: abnormal blood glucose in newborns; those with feeding intolerance; those with congenital heart disease or genetic metabolic disorders; use of assisted respiratory support; drowsiness, impaired consciousness; unexplained crying before the examination and dislodged blood oxygen probes and incomplete video collection during the examination.
