Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I-III, 18-85 years old, willing to participate in the study after signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and liver and kidney dysfunction; Abnormal coagulation function; Anaesthetic drug allergy; Mental retardation or mental illness, unable to fully communicate; Long term use of opioids and local tracheal lesions including tracheostomy or long-term use of tracheal catheter; History of oral or pharyngeal surgery.
