Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Written informed consent has been signed; 2. The adult patient underwent cardiac surgery for the first time and needed CPB during the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe renal insufficiency, GRF<30mL/min; 2.Congenital heart disease; 3.Known renal artery stenosis,renal malformation, renal mass,stone or cyst; 4.The pregnancy; 5.Congenital esophageal malformation, ulceration or trauma; 6.Patients unable to perform TEE examination due to difficulty in placing the esophageal ultrasound probe.
